Together, we’ll focus on your goals in nutrition, movement, stress management, and mindset, creating a realistic plan that fits your lifestyle.
Includes:
✔ Weekly 60-minute sessions (online or in person)
✔ Personalized tools, guides, and habit trackers
✔ Ongoing WhatsApp support and check-ins
✔ Practical strategies to help you stay consistent and motivated

12 Week Combo Coaching + Personal Training
$1050 / 24 Sessions
A complete 12 weeks journey that combines the benefits of health coaching and personal training to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and fully aligned with your goals.
We’ll work on both your physical fitness and your daily habits - supporting you in movement, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle.
Includes:
✔ 1 Personal Training session per week (in person or online)
✔ 1 Health Coaching session per week
✔ Personalized plan and progress tracking
✔ Ongoing support and accountability between sessions
(Monthly payment available of $350 or in full of $1000 if paid up front)

Pre & Postnatal Personal Training ​
Safe, customized workouts designed to support women during pregnancy and after childbirth.
Each session focuses on helping you move with confidence, maintain strength, and recover effectively - always respecting your body’s unique needs and rhythms.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, easing back into exercise, or rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
Includes:

✔ Focus on mobility, posture, and functional strength
